When you arrive yo ur paperwork will be left on the passengers seat of your vehicle and the keys will be placed on a table for you to pick up.When the work is complete our team will contact you to take your payment over the phone and arrange your collection.Wearing gloves and a mask our team will fully sanitise your keys and car before handing the vehicle over to a technician.O ne of o ur team will identify and acknowledge you (by your reg no.) through the window.You will be asked to park opposite our customer entrance and to place your keys through our key drop box.‘ Touch -F ree ’ Drive In (If you are coming to the garage) A re-sanitised sticker with the drivers initials will be placed in your car, your paperwork will be left on the passenger seat, finally your keys will be sanitised and posted through your letterbo x or otherwise as agreed with our driver.Your vehicle will then go through a full wash, hoover and sanitisation before being deliver ed back to you.Once complete our service advisor will contact you for payment over the phone.On arrival our driver will fully sanitise your keys and vehicle before driving away.Our driver will contact you upon leaving to arrange for the key handover to take place safely.We have i ncreased our capacity and now offer every customer free Co llection & Deliver y.We sanitise every vehicle handed over to us and we also fully sanitise every vehicle before handing back to customers.
